Nice doe cntry, how far did she go with both lungs being hit?

And let me say this. I was wearing Walmart camo that I got for $16.00 plus tax (shirt and pants), rubber boots from Bass Pro, and just took a shower in Scent Away and sprayed some Scent Away on me before entering the thicket. I did not use a stand of any kind and did not have any ground blind. Just used the natural "blind" and made sure I was down wind of where I thought they would come out.
It was in the upper 80's so I took a bottle of water to sip on and stay just cool enough not to sweat.
The only reason I did not use a stand was because with my back problem, I can't sit for any lenght of time.
EDIT: Can't speel!

We had a doe with no tail, that we so originally nick-named "no tail", live to be 6 on my family's farms. It was neat to see her every year and see how many fawns she had. The really neat part is that I tried to shoot her when she has a yearling, but she saw me draw and ran off. I am glad I didn't get her afterall b/c she was so easily identified. She was almost like a pet cat b/c she ran from us but we always wanted to see her
