ducsauce,

I have that exact same rangefinder and I find it to very usefull. The only drawback about it is for some reason it does not take in light well (not like their scopes)so it's a little hard to see at low light. Everything else about it is great.

Good luck with yours, I hope you like it as muchas Ilike mine.

Duc, you will like the 440, not great for a bino, but great for quick yardage checks.

i dont see the need to spend alot of money on one for bow hunting you only need it to read out to 100yrds max some of them are so crazy expensive and range out to like1200yrds very very very few people can shoot that far with anything.

I can't imagine bowhunting without one. I consider it as important as my bow and can't believe some people don't have one for bowhunting.

Personally, I feel that I could do without one the way my bow is shooting. It is a nice tool to have though just to make sure.

I mean...why not? I take the time to perfectly tune my equipment and scout my hunting grounds. I would hate to mess up at the moment of truth because of misjudged yardage.

my family are all like oh i dont need that i only shoot 30yrds and under, but why be so stupid about it, know the distance for sure esp if its 33yrds its hard to visually tell a dif but from what ive seen most bows start to drop after 27-31 yrds. just dont see why some people are so pig headed about using them just gonna make you shoot better at game.
