I realize the buck actually isn't in Arkansas, but a bunch of states are going to point rules---"I was being humane" won't get your butt out of a big ticket, or get your hunting license back.

Very Strange. If I saw the buck during the season and he still looks the same I would havest him and have him checked out. If hit by a car or health related, I would take a chance on it hurting the herd
