I actually agree with yall...but how exactly could I "put him out of his misery" when he's not a legal deer to kill in my state?
I realize the buck actually isn't in Arkansas, but a bunch of states are going to point rules---"I was being humane" won't get your butt out of a big ticket, or get your hunting license back.
Notify the DNR warden for the area and ask what he thinks about you putting it out of his misery and bringing in the deer. Just a thought, maybe a long shot on getting approval, but one never knows until ya ask.
