It is the first weekend of June. Bow season is 100 to 120 days away depend on where you hunt. The days will start getting shorterin July an the season will be getting even closer.I am planning on going down to the camp this coming weekend an get my camera back up an running again. I am going to go check a natural spring ansee if it still has water around it.
I have to make just three more truck payments an the season will be right around the corner. We will start looking for a hint of a incoming cold fronts. The bucks will be starting to loose their velvet an some fresh rubs will start showing up,not long after that happens.
JUST HAD TO VENT SOME!!

SWEEEEET!
I have a bit more time. I hunt in Wisconsin during Rut (second week of November). So I can tinker around a bit more than most!
Best of luck to everybody this season!
May your arrow fly straight and end up bloody!

Stay focused..... HA!
It's all I ever think about, prepare for and do! Foodplots, treestands, trailcams.... it's a year 'round affair isn't it? Oct. 1 will be here before we know it.
Imagine how short the wait will be for the lucky folks that will be chasing Pronghorn, Caribou, Muley, etc, this season!

I've got a couple hunts lined up in July to keep me sane until Sep. 1. Bass fishing is the best pain reliever in the off season.

Hey Duane, I shoot them also when the opportunity presents itself. Unless it is a snake killing cat. I pass on them.
