hunt the edges if you hunt the middle you might bump them out or you won't be able to see very far and they might sneak right up on you

Your right about the maybe bumping them out but it's ok for them to sneak up on you. They are very relaxed in the thick stuff and will usually wonder around. That's why shooting lanes only have to be small areas/holes. That's probably the biggest thing you will doubt yourself on when getting up a tree in the dark. You'll be ok. From the air things have a way of opening up for you. I reccomend you try it once and find out. It may surprise you.

there are 2 thick area's on on the high ground and one 2/3d's down the ridge, which is better, thehigher ground in the morning or the evening ?
Both area's have Bed's in them with acorns around them maybe 2 seperate heards?? there is a lot of deer in that area, maybe I'll just put my trail cam in both area's any ideas

I havent had any luck hunting in the timber, but i know it can be a good spot especialy when those temperatures are up there
