I have been shooting 4 blade 125 gr. Muzzys for years......wouldnt trade em for nuttin....so to speak....I seem toremember that in the plastic box my heads came in there was also a "practice point".....a "dull" set of "blades".
IMHO (in my humble opinion) I would fire that setand dial in my sights to it.

Just my $.02

I have tried fixed and spent too much $ trying to find something I liked. I decided to just stick with the expandables. I have never had any problem with arrow flight and they do a great job.....

It makes no difference which you use, but the Muzzys not grouping with your field points tells you your bow needs some tweeking, it's not totally tuned. It should be no matter the broadhead.

just read your question bout a good mechanical...

I suggest a rear-ward opening blade such as Rage or Rcky Mtn Snpyer... They are practically failsafe due to their design, and are completely open before penetration.

Ive used the snypers and the entrance wound is much bigger than the exit wounds, due to the "over opening" its a pretty wicked head in my book...
