RE: Boo Biscuit?

I will give the WB another chance in two weeks prior to purchasing the Trophy Taker Pronghorn rest. Maybe I will get diff. results. I'll make sure I get a different tester bow with a diff. biscuit.
Make sure you get a different guy to set it up too:D

I had the WB but was tired of re-fletching my biggest issue. loved everything else.
Ran across this link the other day and it may solve the re-fletching problem.

GC
NAP (and many others) were forced to try to copy or improve on the WB due to it's immense popularity. None have really caught on though. Your link shows many of the copies but the NAP 360 looks most like the Catawba so I can see why they excluded it.

One thing I did do when switching to a bisquit is switch to smoother finish shafts like Bemans and ACC since they make no noise on draw back.
I agree with this statement.....after trying several arrows in varous biscuits. I just wasn't willing to ditch hundreds of dollars worth of arrows to justify one $50 rest.

This rest looks interesting, but it still doesn't address my only hick-up with the WB, noise during the draw.
Again....I understand this statement (as it's the reson I switched). It all boils down to what YOU are willing to live with. If you're using certain arrows.....noise is NOT a factor with the WB. If you're using arrows with a rough coating it IS. Make your own decisions......based on YOUR set-up and what you're willing to concede.

The WB is a convenient scapegoat for the shortcomings of the archer/hunter.

"Shortcomings"??

LOL!

So.....either the WB is the greatest archery rest in the world......or it's the ARCHER/HUNTER'S "shortcoming" for not recognizing it???

LOL!!

That makes my DAY!

As are many things Atlas, not just the WB;)

Just like the Montec Sharpness issue, I have yet to have a problem and 12 dead deer that all fell in eye sight. Yet some folks have issues with Montec, and choose another head. Does them make them bad hunter or wrong? No just means Montec is not for everyone.

Believe it or not the WB is not for everyone, it's OK;)

I hear ya.........that was really my point. TONS of people like to blame everything BUT themselves for a bad shot.

I don't remember saying it was.

I don't know, Atlas. I haven't seen much of this.....especially here. I think people are pretty true to themselves and to the public when they make a bad shot. Who/What else CAN you blame for a bad shot (other than a limb?)?
