Default Rocky Mountain Mechanicals ??

Anyone familiarwith the RM Snypers (2 blade)? I'm turkey hunting and that's what was recommended so I'm just curious to seewhat other folks have to say about them. While I'm at it here, do all the mechanicals out there (my 1st time using them) operate with the small rubber band? I don't know if that thrills me.

I have never used the Snypers for Turkey but I kill lots of deer with them every year. They are an awesome head, the Snypers and the Rage are the 2 best mechanicals on the market. I never have had a problem with the rubber bands, but the Rage heads don't have rubber bands and are a very similar design you may want to try them if the rubberbands are a concern.

I have yet to kill a turkey with a snyper or any blade for that matter. I hope that changes this year!!! The snyper is one awsome head!!I have taken many deer with them and have had a pass through on each and every one of them so far. The blood trail is incredible and the entrance wound is nothing short of huge!! I find they are very accurate and surprisingly durable for a cut on contact blade. If I can find the link of the broadhead test I will post it. The snyper did the best in accuracy and durability for the mechanicals.

Found it http://www.prorelease.com/xring.aspx watch the video on the lower left.

Snypers are awesome, use them extensively on deer w/ great results, hopefully will put one in a gobbler this year.

Agreed, I'm headed to KS this Saturday for the KS bow only gobbler open, my head of choice will be the Snyper. Like mentioned above, taken deer with them with incredible hole results.

They fly great open reliably and punch a big hole. I just dont like rubber bands and O-rings, makes them really noisey in flight.

Overall they are excellent broadheads and should work very well on turkey.
