I was referring to Drury Outdoors.Like I said it took me 15 seconds using google to find this article.For a small fee you can find out anything about someone you are gpoing to employ.If he filled out a basic application,it would ask if he had been convicted of any crimes.If he lied it's grounds for termination.

In my position with the youth league I check out every coach and volunteer on the NYS class three sexual offenders web site.It doesn't take long to check anyone out anymore especially if you have the Social Security number.

I couldn't find an e-mail for Drury outdoors when I went to their site and I don't have access to a fax so I couldn't send them the article.I am interested in knowing what the DB have to say.


I just sent Mr. Ferot an e-mail inviting him to come over and tell his side of the story.It's only fair to here both sides,right?

Even though I don't buy any hunting movies, Dury should have checked out this guy before hireing him. Why has Dury not replied to any of this, and if they did hire this guy weather buy mistake or not I belive they should apoligise to all customer's.

for me its easy to see how the Drurys could have done a simple check on the guy and not found out about his illegal activities since they were not in the same state. IF its even the same guy.

Man, Drury acted fast! His pic is still there (in the prostaff header image) but bio is GONE! Even the pic of his big buck is gone.

Drury videos are by FAR my favorite and I have a big collection. I really wasn't going to buy any of their products if they had a poacher on their prostaff. That got to me.

I forwarded them the link yesterday about 3:00. They replied with a question about 4. I emailed them back and said they'd check it out. He's gone by 1:00 today. They didn't pull many punches did they. They had about enough time for a meeting around the coffee pot and probably called the web man and he was out of there. See, I told you they were a class act.<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> I can't get my oil changed that fast. Kudos to Drury!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems apparent that they didn't know about this before hand.....I hope none of their other prostaffers have any skeletons in the closet 'cause I bet they check now.....
