Charlie P, you know what it reminds me of? Someone who takes two years of karate! They know just enough to get themselves hurt!

We get someone on here who wants to be an "expert" and counsel others on what he doesn't even know himself.

Speaking of which c903 would have been a natural at karate. Anyone with reflexes good enough to never let reality lay a glove on them, would have to be a natural for karate

Come on guys, there has been some good debates here, let us not get to the point of sarcasism and name calling, it will surely be locked if it resorts to that.

I feel I have read enough posts here to have taken the time to re-read "the tell tale heart"

silent

Just a few questions:

When you talked to the Drury representative; to legitimize your complaint in a way that would justify Drury investigate, did you provide the rep with any corroborating information, e.g., names and contact information of reliable witnesses, did you offer yourself up as a witness, and/or did you know and direct the person to any credible documentation, such as what CharlieP uncovered?

Or, did you tell the rep only that you knew all things you said to be true and that if the Drury officials looked in the right places, they would probably find information that confirmed what you were saying, at least in part?

Using the exact words that were said by you and by the rep; what did you say and what did the rep say? Did he actually say that Drury Outdoors was not making any plans to (even) investigate the accusations to see if the accusations were true or not true? Not true? How could that be in the equation?

Please explain; "I have personal knowledge of his (Foret's) poaching exploits."

Of the "several occasions" that you reported your Foret to the game wardens, did the department investigate all, some, or none of your complaints? What were the results of any of the investigations based on your complaints?

This could have all been avoided if the Drury Brothers would have been shooting Mathews bows last couple years.

There ya go, btomlin!!! Finally, someone's got the courage to get to the bottom of this!

If only they'd been shooting Mathews! There ya have it! That was it all along!

I've been on the sidelines on this one, until now. Here I've just scrolled to the bottom of page 5 only to see there's now 6!!

I'm glad something positive came out of this thread. Those who supported and acted on it deserve the credit for its outcome.

My only question is: Why does silent need to explain himself to anyone?

I am (as everyone else here) well educated and took silents' post at face value. I see no evidence in his post that what he said was not facts as he knows them.

Some involved, apparently, are educated, but not too smart.
And they like the sound of their own voice, or the look of their own wordd, as the case may be.
