I found with some vanes you have to clean them first. And the type of glue you use is important, because some don’t stick well to carbon. Some people find it easier to put wraps on then vanes.

Like other guys said. I re-fletched with blazers because the ones that came on my Carbons were ripping off when I shot them. I put a dab of glue on the front of the blazers and not one has a problem. They shoot great.

You can also utilize arrow wraps.

It's cheaper than buying new arrows or a new rest.

I use Bohning 2" Blazers, you don't have to clean these vanes prior to putting them on. Asfor a glue I use Fletchtite Platinum from Bohning as well, works great on Carbon Express arrows (I also shoot thru a WB with my blazers at a right helical no problems). Wraps are a good idea as well, just make sure everythiong is clean before you start. I like to give mine a final wipe-down with 91% isopro.alcohol.

Ok, one is the glue is not that good. The other on could be the arrow is not clean enough. That helped for me.
