Yes, I shot a 6 point in westmoreland county on october 30th. I have a junior license so thats why i could take that one. I missed the same deer i think a week before , he was so close that when i leaned over to shoot my grunt tube fell out of my shirt and when i released it hit my string and just disinigrated my kisser button. My dad also shot a nice 9 piont on the 30th as well but we didnt find it til the next morning. Ill be out in mckean county though on monday persueing a floppy eared doe. best of luck to you PA hunters and ill setup a post wedensday to see how everyone did on opening day .

I had several nice bucks within range, passed on a couple smaller ones, took a shot at a 6 pt and missec completely, and spooked a big 8 point i drew back on.....twice.
Luck was not on my side for the taking of game, but at least i saw a good bit.
Tonight bear hunt for a little bit on a cleaar cut, and then monday, tuesday, and wednesday of next week rifle :-)
good luck to all other PA hunters!
