Default Deer Meat on Christmas

How many of you are having deer meat with your Christmas feast?I have a whole backstrap split in half and stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, and shrimp with chopped garlic. I also have some dolphin stuffed with crabmeat that my buddy caught in Cabbo Mexico. Tasty stuff. The deer Im cooking is also my boys first deer as a hunter

We just finished our Christmas day feast - Carribou Sausage, Wild Turkey, Peppered Duck, Buffalo Brisket, and Port Tenderloin, compliments of my brother via Cabelas. Awesome!
