I'm usually pretty skeptical when it comes to new stuff. I even made fun of the growl until I seen it in action. I humbly went and purchased one. In one weeks time I called in 5 different bucks. I will admit that I didn't use it so much as a growl as a grunt. I think it makes an awesome grunt. I would recommend it to anybody.

Just because you blow on the end of something labled deer call doesnt mean deer are going to be tripping all over each other to find it.DANG!
learn how to speak the language with it.Its just a tool,Learn how to make it work for you.And deer have moods, there a little bit like women, sometimes you have to push differant buttons to get what you want.

I have found it doesnt matter what the buck to doe ratio is on the property your hunting is. Our buck to doe ration this year from observation was terrible,2 bucks to every 10 does. Now hows that for a crappy ratio. If you use thegrowl at the wrong time youll get bad results, this is a rut call nto an all season call. I found that it has worked best from late oct-mid nov and thats it. Anytime before or after is bad. Sure you may get the bucks to stop and look but they wont respond untill the rut hits. But this is a call I would and have recomended to ANYONE!
