True and I will give him a pass on those hunts but surely not on all of his hunts. Honestly I don't care for the guy but I really don't give a rats rear about what he does until he starts talking down to everyone that doesn't hunt the way he does and that is everyone. I was just bored and needed a pot to stir!

He hunts. Yes he uses guides, but that's because in some places he has to use them by law. In others, they know the terrain. He's making a video on limited time restraints. And yes.... he's an egotistical idiot. Personnality wise, I can't stand the dude, but he does hunt the hard way..... sort of. He's really more of a Brown it's down dude. It's all about Ted. And NO.... there are no fences.

I enjoy his shows for the most part and like how good he shots his own, homemade bows. But sometimes the way he talks down and yells into the camera gets old. But a thumbs up overall.

To be honest with you, I never heard of the guy.

But if he cuts down other people's form of hunting, I tend not like the guy.

I am not much into TV hunting, but this guy is GREAT! He makes no bones about being an entertainer and believes what he says about making the hunt more meaningful by using traditional equipment. He did a show last December with my neighbor. When they were finished, my neighbor brought us over to watch some footage.Tred congratulated my sons on their rifle shot deerthey had just gotten the week before. He admired their compound bows and said they should work up to traditional bows. Then he GAVE them these bows, out of the blue. He followed up by mailing them arrows that he tips and fletches for Christmas.

Kinda funny - you see someone who looks like a great guy on thetube and you hear he's really a pompous turd. Tred is a pompousturd on tv but a great guy in person!

Yeah he might have guides but this guy is pretty hardcore

How many of you have shot a mallard out of mid air with a bow?
