it has beena very long season for me so for,but last night things turned around.i had played hookie from work for about an hour yesterday evening,hopped up in 1 of my stands and immediately started some aggressive calling,bleating and grunting with some tending grunts and 36 minutes later here he comes looking for some hot doe.wind str8 at my back at about 15 mph(thank god for scent lock),cruises past me at 35 yards and i stopped him broadside and let the black knight talk.....
"whack"the axis arrow tipped with the 85 grain aftershock smokes him,and he takes off and piles up 50 yards from my stand.i was so pumped,words just cant explain how i felt at that momen,but i dont have to tell you guys anything.well i will get some pics together later tonight or tommorrow
