Illegal here in NH to tag a deer you did not kill and to kill a deer you don't have a tag for.

It does sound like descrimination to me. Why allow a person with a select weapon to kill a ton of deer and not another? It's probably the politicians at work. Contact your DNR, Congressman, Governor, etc. Get that idiotic rule changed! Get a petition going. I'll definitely sign it. I'm sure just about everyone here will sign it too. You can also take it to the Ted Nugent website. Just about everyone there is an activist of some sort and about all of them stick up for hunting and hunting rights, even if it's not something they do. I'm sure Ted, Shemane and family will also sign. He's about the biggest activist for hunting rights that I know of.
