I think I'm hooked on a new scent now.
Well, most of you guys know the story of my 10ptr I found this morning. Well, looking back to yesterday when this all unfolded, I can't help to wonder about the new scent I used this season. The James Valley Lethal weapon stuff. I just got the sample, and smeared it all over a couple wicks and hung them about 20yards from my stand. This buck came in on the downwind side of me winding the air. The day before, I had a nice 6 and a what would have been a very nice 8 except he was all busted up do the same thing, only the 8 went right to the bush it was hanging in. I've had pretty decent success with Tinks 69, but I can't help to say it, this stuff kicks butt!!
