Open cuts are susceptible to Lymes. Wear gloves.

I always wear gloves it helps keeping it out of the nails . I try and wash them to when i get to the truck and a real good wash when i get home

nope no gloves here i guess i just havent seen the need to wear them, it just seems kinda silly to worry about a little bit of blood on your hands, IMO. Good Luck this season everyone.

i probly already have lyme infection....had a few get into me this spring for the first time ever... one was right on the shoulder blade and i didn't even relize it was a tick for a day and a half...i just thought it was a bug bite...untill my wife noticed it in the shower...i should get tested it was a lonestar tick and we have a lot of mice in our brush...i think im dying

I ALWAYS wear gloves when field dressing. Makes for way easier clean up too. Take the gloves off and presto no blood all over my steering wheel.

Yes. I wear them to prevent against potential diseases. It's also alot easier to clean-up if it's extremely cold vs. getting in a local creek to wash up.

I wear them when I remember to put them in my pack. [&:]Have gotten three deer this year and have not had them with me yet.
