    They are for skinning. He is not real fond of grabbing hold of the inside of the hide. He told me next year he won't need them. We will see.

    You really ought to get the boy some different tools for guttin and butchering that deer.

    OR is he going to be a dentist

    Congrats on the deer and the great tracking job by your son. Looks like he is ready to start tinkerin with your truck! Better make sure them lugnuts are tight.
