You can also wrap your forearm with a dark colored shoestring or piece of twine. I have a coat that I used to wrap - similar scenario. Electric tape works too - easy on, easy off.
Somewhere, a representative from Under Armour is reading this thread and designing a camo UA compressionwear forearm sleeve with a thumbhole on the end as we speak.
