Poofy sleeves
I have no problems with my string hitting my arm when I practice or when I hunt in warmer weather, but when it gets cold and I add layers of clothing, I sometimes hit my poofy jacket when I release. I have seen a "sleeve" that covers you arm when in the field.
Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you do to fix it. I was considering making one out of an oldsweatshirt to pull over my arm when the temps drop.
Thanks.

RE: Poofy sleeves
I always the CamoSkinz Compression Sleeve, as well as the gloves and mask by the same company. The sleeve is real nice because is super lightweight so even if it is warm, the sleeve isn't going to add any heat to your body.

RE: Poofy sleeves
Does it hit your lower arm or upper arm? I use a forearm guard to stop it from hitting my lower arm sleeves.
I have seen a "sleeve" on some hunters on TV that looks to be made just for this problem.

Here is my solution. It also comes in handy if I ever need to cut myself out of my harness .

RE: Poofy sleeves
funny you ask..i had the same post not long ago. some said it dont matter..some wear them. i got kinda short arms so no matter what my sleeves tend to be long and will bunch up. i bought an armgaurd to try and contain the sleeve.....
