Anybody familiar with these stands?Versatility of a climber and stability of a ladder stand. It looks pretty cool. But, looks can be deceiving.

It looks like a pretty good idea to me , I've never gotten myself to trust a climber , and since I hunt publics about as often as private land hanging lock ons isn't an option .

I had a buddy that bought one of these used it once and returned it because of the way the telescoping peices locked together, the "locks" were flimsy plastic he said and thought it was " a mickey mouse job of engineering" when he took it back to bass pro and showed the manager they actually pulled them all of the shelves for a while and said they would contact the company
