I had a high country brute force with split limbs and i could not get it to shoot consistantly this year, so after trying several differant things i finally found a soft spot in one limb right near the limb pocket. i called HCA and they told me to send it to them as it has a lifetime warrantee, they also told me it would be two weeks before i got it back, i sent it and they returned it in one week. and it shoots great now with 4 new limbs, then i sold it to a friend and bought a bowtech alleigance.
There customer service was great.IMO

Welcome to the forums
If that bow has a warrenty , you might have to send it back and with a cam lean I'm pretty sure your gonna have to.
Since you have the copy of the check you could try to get an exchange or a refund.

Call them and check. They have the S/N on file. They know when it was built and your check shows when it was bought.
Good luck and don't delay. We wnat to see your big kill on the board this year!
