Default Practice Question

I like to draw my bow about 75 to 100 timesa day without an arrow, just to work on my form and getting used to my draw weight. I waswondering if it does any damage if I draw and let off that much. Of course, I never dry fire. I just ease back. Thanks or any input!

No, I do the same, but not nearly as much. Maybe 5 - 10 times a day.

One little cautionary tip though, draw your bow with an arrow on it. You'll be much better off patching a hole in the wall than replacing a cracked limb from an accidental dry fire.

With that much handling and no shooting, just be careful that you don't accidentaly nudge your nock sets, peep or rest around. You will detune your bow without even realizing it. The reason I say this is because it is easier to get a bit careless when you're not actually shooting an arrow.
