i shoot easton ST epics. only one i had explode was the one i stuck another arrow into! i have somewhere near 2000 shots with them. even stuck one into the thick sidewall of a wooden pallet. tip was a hair from breaking through the far side..thats impressive penetration in solid wood i think. checked it...bent it hard...no signs of cracks..shoots fine still. the one i stuck in the back of the other was also fine. price isnt bad..and they are shootin good for me

Carbon Express 3D Select 300's......never had any problems. You do need to keep inspecting them.......quite often while shooting I'll hit and slpit off a nock.......occasionally you'll get a hairline crack....retire that arrow. Another way you may notice it is by haveing a loose nock. Generally carbons are extremely durable.

Good Luck!

ORIGINAL: Washington Hunter

The only one that I ever had explod was one that I shot through the open door of my garage and into a block of lead.
What in the world do you have a block of lead for?

I shoot Carbon Express CX Edge 350. No problems so far.
