Has he been charged yet. The last I heard it was still in limbo. Is the court case over with. I dont think anybody will know exactly what happend unless you were there. If that is exactly what happend it is wrong. But before you slander him and start taking punches ride it out and see what happens first.
This is part of the same problem we have with PETA and anti hunters. They will look at only the bad things that happen or the negative aspect and forget all the good that happens. Lets not forget we are all in the same fight together.

well I hate to say it but he will be fined step and any jail time will more then likely be probated. All the fed's realy want is his money. He will lose his right to hunt for a while and that is it. I don't like it and belive it is not fair however, being who he is will help him out. I know that our family will no long buy there C.D.s.
Good Hunting to all.
Good Hunting to all.

"And there is the problem. Legal doesn't not mean ethical. If we don't police ourselves like manuman stated, then no one will.
You said you would never take an animal like this, why not? Don't you think it's ethical? "
No, I don't but I also don't go around imposing my ethics on someone else who doesn't share them. Not my business. And a lot of wasted time and energy. Try changing somone's entire belief system and see how far you get. As long as you practice what you believe in, you should have no problem sleeping at night - regardless of what someone else does.
If shooting a tame animal in a cage or pen or enclosure or whatever is legal, then I have no right to criticize someone who does it. I may not think its right, but I'm not going to go off on them.
The better course of action is to try to change the legality. Isn't it Indiana that recently outlawed fenced hunting ranches. Start with the governement. You've got a better shotof changing it than changing someone's ethics. Those are formed at an early age and take a monumental event to shift them - one usually much bigger than public outcry.

We all watch the big dollar hunting shows and they do this every week. His biggest crime is that he is a fake and a liar. HEWILL FIT RIGHT IN!
I heard that they are having a hard time even charging him with any kind of crime. They had to resort to trying an ancient law of mislabeling of a harvested animal.
Now he can take a seat next to Roger Rothaar and many other well known fakes.

Finally someone has come up wiuth a charge.
But will it stick? It was his animal in the first place. I guessed they were planning on some sort of falsifying official goverment records. He should have just got the darn rug made and skipped the check in process. See it's always the cover up that gets you in trouble.

Yep; read all about it on another forum a while back. Country music is bad and makes you act crazy and this is proof. Stick with rock and don't let your children listen to country music either.

Do they still make any rock music? Last time I turned on the rock stations it's been sh*! mixed with rap. How can you shot a bow to that? New country music is more like the rock I grew up on.

BullSh*t, I don't and this is one reason why. Because the majority of them are not REAL. There are a few that are probably OK but I'd rather be out doing something myself.
Still, I hope this guys record sales start to bomb--because many real hunters do listen to country music and will hopefully always think what a jacka$$ this guy is. I think he's just a wimp. Can't go on a real hunt so he has to do this.
