I'm with Mike_Hill. I shoot field point nearly all the time except to check broadheads before a hunt. I don't see any need to practice with broadheads. But that is just MO.

I wonder why a couple of companies make Practice Broadheads, probably just to make that extra $$ or maybe to save you buying replacements blades.

I pick out three broadheads of the one I intend on using for the hunt and practise with them. Now a month before is all my targets can handle using a broadhead on them before they fall apart. Otherwise it get real expensive replacing targets.
