Default Stand Concealment

I'm trying to find ways to help conceal my stand.....I use a climber, so getting above branches is impossible...I thought somebody made branches that you could attach to your stand...but I can't find them...can anyone help me with this or any other type of concealment? Thanks, Jay

What type of trees are you climbing? I myself if I get 25 to 30 ft, thats enough concealment. I do like to have some small branches around behind me. Use a small portable saw to cut off limbs as you climb to get to your desired stand height...

Walmart sells a concealmentblind for treestands, it'll run you about $18. Its basically a piece of camo cloth that you attach to your treestand railing and it'll cover all of your movements from your waste down. The only downfall is that it comes with zipties which would make it permanent. You'd probably wanna get some kind of bungy cordsso you could take it off everytime. Good luck.

I do a number of things. I try to use things from the woods. I sometimes will cut off a couple bushy limbs and weave them in a couple spots on my climber. Experiment and you'll find the right places for your stand. My favorite is to pull a nearby limb or lower treetop in and tie it off to my tree or stand when I get in place. It's easy often to climb up 15-20 feet and have a smaller bushy tree growing up beside your tree that can be used for cover. The best is when it's close enough that I appear to just be and extension of the tree, especially around small pines. Lower dogwoods are great. I carry a little hook deal on a haul line I can throw out and lasso a near by tree. Once you pull it in you can trim if necessary or climb up or down a foot or two to get what you need. When I'm set I always make sure I have bow and arrow clearance or at least determine what traps to watch out for. Let your imagination go and you'll see all sorts of things around. Be careful not to handle a tree near your stand when cutting branches to weave in your stand. Leave a greasy smelly hand print on a stub around your stand can put a wise old deer running. Be careful where and how you tie it off so the tie rope isn't in your way and won't shift your stand if you take weight off one section. It's neat to get in a little basket of limbs or a tree top. You know you just disappear.
