What kind of jig for newbie
#1
Hey guys I am a "do it your self" kind of guy with about anything. I just am particular about how it gets done and know that proshops get busy and can cut corners on things to save time or might have some new kid helping out etc etc, also I will need repairs time to time. So long story short I want to invest in a jig to fletch my own arrows. Question is I dont know which one to buy that would be easy for me to use and still get great results. I am going to be useing Gold tip XT 7595 shafts and Blazer vanes. I saw a similar post about this weeks ago but I have been searching for over an hour and I give up. I think most people liked the Blitzenberger Jig.
Opinions???
Thanks

Yes the Bitzenburger is a really good jig, I have one and have used it for over 15 years, never a problem. If you can find one, Martin makes a jig that is also great and a lot cheaper than the Bitz, if im not mistaken Grayling makes one exactly like the Martin. and the clamps on the Martin and Grayling will interchange. My brother has used a Grayling for as long as Ive had mine and his has always worked good too. Good luck
