Default starter bow

Hey,
I'm looking into getting started bowhunting and I was wondering what bow is good for a 15 year old kid. I can pull pack a 45 pound bow just fine and I would like to keep the whole thing under 300 dollars.

Default RE: starter bow

Look at the Browning Micro Adrenaline. It's draw length is adjustable from 18 to 28 inches, and weights from 40-50 pounds. They are just AWESOME bows, and the price is right. The downside of this bow? Well, at 15 you will most likely outgrow it in the next year or so. So next on my list would be the Reflex Excursion. Bare bow runs right around $250, so depending on what accessories you put on it, you'll prolly be around 325. But you won't outgrow that one for some time.

Those are my 2 suggestions, but I really suggest you head to a local proshop and see what they have to offer.
