I keep the itch year-round, but reality is it'll be some time before I really look forward to being out there simply because of the heat here.
A business trip to Omaha this weekend found the Lexus reading the outside temp at 106 (I'm sure there was some reflection of asphalt there, but not too much) and it's been over 100 for the past few days even here in Missouri.
It was so hot here that my partner and I actually saw close to a dozen tires just rip apart on the interstates on the way home. I was dodging flying rubber about every hour or so. Never saw anything like it.
