I feel for you. The only reason my land is still around is because it won't perk. once it does, it's gone and I'm screwed. Kepp playing the lottery so I can buy a new honeyhole in Pike County.

Pretty country up there. I have a friend that lives outside of E-town. It's a shame the normal guy cant afford a 100 acres anymore. Used to be only the dirt poor had land and the rich lived in town. Dang John Denver and the nature loving hippies for moving everyone out of the city. LOL

I cannot believe the price of land. It seems as if you need to have a group of guys if you want to purchase a substantail peice of property. It is a rich mans turf........[8D]
