I hope ya'll know I was just kidding. I was P/O but we talked with the guy and he is paying for the bills and will keep a close watch on his dog.

Hey, I'm glad it worked out, but watch out for the other neighbors killing said dog, the blame will be stuck to you no matter what [:'(]. It really sucks about your dog and your mom, I hope they are okay. I know there is something to be said for animal's having their own personality, but the guy should have tought the dog and socialized it to not be so agressive. I agree with some of the people on here, don't do anything yourself, take it to court if all else fails. Good luck with everything
