Default Slick Tip Field points

Has anyone used these?

How well do they work?

Does the teflon collar wear out?

Does anyone know what size shaft they fit well? Or what size they are?

A friend that I shoot with shoots these for 3-D andI guess they fly nice, but they are tough to get out of the target as they go in a long way. If nothing else, they do look cool!
