That MicroMidas is just what I started all my kids on (so far - have 2 more to get shooting). I get it up to 40lbs for the 1st hunt and this has hooked them all and is a real good tranisiton into the larger componds they use now.
Great quality starter bow for a great price.

Mike - that wasn't real clear from your first post and I see alot of people expect a shop to help them with a bow from a discount place that offers no service. The better shops I've seen go out of their way to help kids get set up - Greg keeps boxes of used and donated parts that he throws in when setting up kids bows.
That said, I do realize where you are coming from. Try Ralins - I hear good things about them and also hear they have a bunch of reasonable used stuff.
Best to your boys.

Steve in all honesty the only reason I bought my kids bow from dick`s was price. I bought my onieda from ralins. They are good guys there. I`m heading to Camilus gun and bait tomorrow to try them or might just go back to Legends after my kids lacrosse game in cortland.
