Default Locking climbing sticks

As we all know thieves are ruining our sport by stealing anything they can get their hands on. I feel that these thieves are mostly lazy and don't want to work hard for nothing so if somthing is locked most of them will leave them alone. I always lock my treestand to the tree but haven't figured out how to lock my climbing sticks to the tree. I usually leave the stand and take my sticks with me, but as you know thats a pain in the butt plus the noise it makes. So what I want to know what do you do to lock your sticks so their not stolen. Any help you can give to me I will be greatful for. Mike

about the only thing you can do is take them with you. You COULD only use the bottom couple sections and then use screw in steps above that. THen you can hide the bottom two sections on the way to the stand or even near it under a blow down or something. Much easier to put up 8 foot of the stick than 20.

I use the stacking sticks, and somtimes take the bottom one and hide it in the woods or take it with me.I also space my sections pretty far apart,It's hard for the average guy to get to the second section, unlesss he really tries hard.

I pack out the very bottom climbing stick or hide it along my walk in/out.
