i did that this year bag shooting. cost me a set of limbs. i think its why in ijimmy's sig line it says 'check your nocks and replace them often'. i used to wonder why, now i don't.
I lost a set of limbs on an old High Country I used to shoot for
this very reason. You must inspect those nocks and discard any
with damage.

Had the same thing just happen to me. Cost me a new arrow after it hit the basement wall.

The same thing happened to me today while target practicing. I missed a whole 4 feet to the right at 20 yds. Upon walking half way to inspect the arrow, I found my nock.
