Sorry to hear about your bad experience , better luck next time .
Hey ! For half what you paid them you can hunt my back yard anytime , you'll see way more deer and I'll even throw in lodging and meals ...

The$3500 hunt was for two of us ($1750 each)and wewere informed of this outfitter by a relative who huntedthere. Apparently we were put on a smaller farm than our relative wasand we did not know this until after the hunt. We were going to bring our own stands but this outfitter said he had way too many up.Any future hunts, we will have the outfitter send us the contract they want you to sign, so you know all the requirements before hand and there will be many reference checking done on the outfitter. Also wewill bring our own stands, so if the outfitters stands are burnt as was in our case we can observe the deer activity and adjust accordingly.

This was the Outfitter we hunted with, Soap Creek Outfitters Brian Lindberg; he has hunts in southeast Iowa & Northern Missouri. From what we were told about him he has great hunting land, but the land we were put on was not. Brian Lindberg is a nice guy, but nice guys have no problem taking your money and not making the bad situation right as was in my case.
