Cuddeback ????

Cuddeback ????
Well i ordered a Cuddeback and was just wondering what kind of memory cards these take. I bought 2 256MB SanDisk memory cards for my camera and i just dont know if they are the correct ones. I have a Kodak digital camera at my house, does it take the same cards as the Kodak camera. How many pictures can i get with a 256MB card with the Cuddeback.
Any help would be appreciated.
THanks in advance,

RE: Cuddeback ????
the cuddeback camera we have uses type 1 compact flash. we have ahd ours for a year so I would assume the newest models use the same.
i think the average picture size is about 250-300 kbs, so that means you will have a hard time filling it up. our other canon digital camera has pictures sizes ranging around 1mb so that still means you need ~256 pictures to fill it up.

RE: Cuddeback ????
The security features seem to prevent someone from stealing the Cuddeback and reusing it for their own pleasure. The biggest concern I have is that someone will just destroy the thing as it sits securely attached to a tree. I don't know what gets into people, but it seems as if they can't steal it they will not leave it intact. It's the same kind of mentality that makes people shoot at gameland signs and tear down "No Trespassing" signs.
I worry in particular because I hunt National Forest land and not private property.

Buy the bear box and get a GOOD lock.
I had a cuddeback out on private property. This thing was back in some real thick stuff, out of the way, hard to find. But yet someone managed to find it, cut the cable and steel it.
Not sure what they are going to do with it since its locked out with my password.
