Default RE: Baiting?

ORIGINAL: DarkDawg

alright i'll try getting a hold of some corn somewhere and try it out..
lol about the peanut butter i heard that down here one of my friends dad put a jar of peanut butter on a tree...he drilled a hole in the bottom of the jar and nailed it to a tree and he said the deer licked the jar clean.
Don't laugh, It works!![8D]
Try finding a tree with deep bark, and smearing globs of the peanut butter
in the cracks around chest high!(4' to 4 1/2 feet high)
Bring a rake and clear the ground and loosen the dirt around the tree.
Come back and checkevery 2days,and re-apply the peanut butter
to the same spot, and clear the prints.do this for at least a week before you hunt.Bring the peanut butter with you the days you hunt, and re-apply when you hunt.

P.S.
Do it early in the morning so they get used to the strong smell of the peanut butter at that time.

My Dad and I have been doing this for years.
It's legal here to bait with food and minerals,so no flames please.
