I hate to speak for recurver, but I imagine he means on the tree. It took me awhile to learn the best ways to set a trailcam. I don't like mine pointing into the sun because of lens flare. Have to be careful of bushes/grass/trees that can wave in the wind (we have lots of wind) causing false triggers. Learned that one with a 35 mm, shot a whole roll of bushes one time when a blue norther rolled in. Branches or leaves hanging down in front can wash out the pictures with flash. Just some things you'll have to experiment and learn. One good thing is that with a digital your lessons are alot cheaper than with film.

THANKS CRITR THATS WHAT I THOUGHT BUT I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE THERE WASNT SOMETHING ON THE CAMERA THAT I WASNT DOIN RIGHT OR COULD DO BETTER

Yep, and also the longer they are in front of the cam the better your pics will be.I set the cam up so I can get fairly close shots too.
