Who needs them when you've got these


sweeter than acorns and deer walk past 50 oaks to get to them. But we've got lots of acorns in the VA mountains this year.

Can anyone tell me about the hickory nuts I have? Do deer feed on them?

I don't think so. The shells are too thick. If they do they are way down on the preferred food list. Squirrels, on the other hand, love 'em. So get ready for many false alarms as you hear squirrels that you swear are deer. LOL
