This is another stupid question .Don't hunt near the posted land!!!!!!!!!!!
As a land owner I get this same story every other year.I go with the moron to where he was when he shot the deer ,most times they were standing under one of my No Trespassing Signs at the time they shot.It sure seems strange that a wounded deer aways finds its way just onto posted land before it dies.

So if I hunt a little 10 acre grove and on one side its posted and on the other its not. Does that make me a "moron". For hunting by posted land. Give me a brake!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the deer is shot legally threre should be no resone that you shouldn't be allowed to retrive it!!

Yep from the land of OZ Kansas where the big bucks roam.Don't need things spelled out for me.Been to school. Graduated top 10 percent of my college class. Have a job. Oh yea probably should be doing it right now instead of typing this LOL. Not trying to bust your chops but come on, not everyone can afford to buy land whether they have a good job or not. I'm only 22 have a good job but can't afford land yet. Should i not hunt? Take care and good luck this year.

These people I say are morons.Ever year they gut shot does and want to chase them on my land. NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a bow hunting forum and unless you plan on spine shooting your deer you might think about how close you are to posted land before you shoot not after.

WHATS THE NEIGHBOR GOING TO DO WITH THE DEAD DEER ?? HE CANT TAG IT OR TAKE IT.IF HE DOES REPORT HIM FOR A ILLEGAL DEER IN HIS POSESSION. TURN THE TABLES. Here in pa the law says the person who killed the deer by law is obligated to retrieve the deer .Or a warden will do it for you. Even though you might be far from a border deer dont always drop within your hunting area.Private land should be respected and not trespassed upon. But someone who would let a deer rot on his property is a complete idiot and scum bag.I would even help the hunter remove the deer if on my propertyAll the hunter would have to do is ask and be honest.

Do these "morons'' have some where else to hunt? Just asking is that the only place to hang their stands? Or are they there just to kill the deer off of your land?
If their set up right on the line and have somewhere else they could go then I can see your frustration!! But their not your deer!!
The guys that own the said land here own probably 2000 hunting acres. Then they want to control all the neighbors land too!!! Then you got this poor guy who hardly has anywhere decent to hunt, he stinks a nice buck and some prick wont let him retrieve it. That really stinks! Literally
