WHATS THE NEIGHBOR GOING TO DO WITH THE DEAD DEER ?? HE CANT TAG IT OR TAKE IT.IF HE DOES REPORT HIM FOR A ILLEGAL DEER IN HIS POSESSION. TURN THE TABLES. Here in pa the law says the person who killed the deer by law is obligated to retrieve the deer .Or a warden will do it for you. Even though you might be far from a border deer dont always drop within your hunting area.Private land should be respected and not trespassed upon.But someone who would let a deer rot on his property is a complete idiot and scum bag.I would even help the hunter remove the deer if on my propertyAll the hunter would have to do is ask and be honest.
