Again local farm maure secretions.also on purpose on the way to the stand I make sure I step in the floppers .Let the floppers ooze in to my sneakers between my toes. I am serious . Not trying to be a smart butt.

I tend to just use regular doe urine as a cover scent for the surrounding area that I hunt. I don't use any scent really on 90% of my body but use the Essence of Fall, scent eliminator on my boots.

You can't cover up your scent. A deer can detect the different molecules in different scents. Think of how manyodors there are on the ground. Put your nose on the ground and you'll smell mostly dirt or grass. Yet a deer can detect where another deer or hunter has walked many hours earlier even though the smell of dirt is much stronger.

This is why drug dealers fail at trying to cover up the smell of drugs even when they put them in gasoline. Even if you jump into a bathtub full of deer pee that wouldn't help, much less a few drops on your boots. Since they can smell 1 part per million they are going to smell you just the same.

Just try and keep as scent free as possible and play the wind.
