Magnocks product review.

'Nuther dumb question about the Magnocks. With a TM type, 2 prong arrow rest, would you not have to use care when "nocking" an arrow to ensure the cock feather is properly situated before shooting this system so that it does not strike the rest?

trex, nocking an arrow with the Magnocks is no more difficult than with a conventional nock. It does take some time to get used to it, but it's not bad at all. As with all shoot through rests you need to make sure you nock you arrow so that the cock feather is pointed in such a was as to pass through the rest without contact.

I assumed that the arrow nock was metallic and round like a bullet casing which would necessitate care in placing the arrow into the receiver part on the string to ensure the fletching cleared the rest. Apparently, then, the system has a certain way the nock fits into the string piece so that that does not happen.
