RE: Newberry Bows
I cannot say enough good things about my Newberry B-1. It' s super fast, amazingly quiet, durable, well balanced, and good looking. What more could you ask for? LOL
I am getting about 280 fps with a 430 grain arrow at 70 lbs. I can now shoot 6-7" groups at 70 yards with this bow every single time... with fixed blade broadheads!!! It' s quiet enough that I haven' t bothered to even put string silencers on it. I have over 5000 shots on the bow now and it' s as tight as the day I got it.
I used it to hunt this season and was successful on my caribou hunt. You can read about it here

RE: Newberry Bows
GREAT. Just one more reason for me to have to lug myself away from the household chores and family responsibilities, and go look at hunting gear all day. It' s not bad enough that I have to spend so much time away from home, just to feed my family, and contribute in my states efforts to control the deer population (for FREE, by the way), but NOW, I have to go to hunting activities AFTER the season is over too? Thanks Richard, thanks a lot.
