Did anyone ever get to try these, or work a deal with Mr Newberry? That all kind of died off, it seems. I sent him a couple of e-mails, but we seem to have lost touch. Just curious

I recieved a call from his office. They seemed to want to sell me this new bow at full price and I was looking for some sort of evaluation/field test deal.

To much money for me to risk on such an unknown.

Rack - I had pretty much the same experience, via e-mail, although he did say " dealer price" ...problem is, I just bought a bow, not too long ago, and probably can' t even afford " dealer price" . Anyway, I e-mailed and asked what that price was, I never got a response....

I have very high standerds and want to sell you guys a bow that you and I can be proud of I am 39 years old and started shooting when I was 4 so I got to see the whole compound thing come about I still have a 1974 carrols compound that we got as staff shooters when I was ten. I also have decided to add a twin cam to the line up by demand that should be a super screamer for next year so if anyone is interested in becoming a staff shooter please email me at [email protected] we are a fats and growing company that wants to be part of you the bowhunter thank you Richard Newberry

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that we are self financed, and at the moment we are trying to get dealers so that everyone can try it and see how they like it. However, unfortunately we can not give a free bow to everyone. I am sure that you yourself can understand what kind of position we are in. If someone is truly interested in buying one we can find a way to get one in your area for you.

What we could do is have your local dealer call us or give us his name, we will tell him you are interested and work out someway for you guys to try it. Once you do I know you' ll love it.

Thanks for the update, fastpass - wasn' t necessarily being accusatory - but like I said, my last 2 e-mails had no response. I' ll send you another one... You' re also right in that nobody should expect a " free" bow (I didn' t)... free is good though, and I always try to start there, and dicker my way up

Can you post some new pics of the bows, so we can get a good look at the details....axle-to-axle...color..limbs...riser....speed.....comments?

If you can " show bow" I' m sure more people will jump onto your wagon. Personally, I like the grass-roots approach to marketing. Good luck!
